Titled to address the common misconception that electronics in the classroom are either toys or a passing fad, this is an event you don't want to miss...unless you already know about the magic happening in EUSD schools. Magic, you ask? Well, you can either come with us on a classroom tour or to this event, when we will bring the students and their "gizmos and gadgets" to you. That's right, immediately before the Awards for the Escondido Youth Media Festival, you can learn from EUSD students how iPods, iPads, video production, and digital photography are transforming how students learn and how teachers teach. The venue is gorgeous and the food fantastic,  but the real draw is this array of student "tech demo's" that will fire your imagination about what's possible in education today. Prepare to be dazzled!
